He is an independent director for several public companies and a Senior Board Advisor at RKtech. Previously, he led Deltec Investment Adviser’s corporate advisory practice and held roles at FINRA and NYSE. Sam is the honorary chairman of VietChallenge and advised Asian companies on U.S. capital markets. He holds a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University and an MBA from Cornell University.
